Located in Warrick Farm, behind the iconic "other Harbour Bridge," Peter Warren Mercedes is now the standout amongst its other sister franchises on the same site. Mercedes are known for their quality exceptional service, and Service Manager Mark Csillag set out to reassure customers that this culture was being maintained. With the franchise being refurbished, the BAC Technical team were engaged to provide a workplace system with clean lines and simple functionality to ensure that the site’s two workshops look professional and clean.

The units comprise a stainless steel benchtop mounted above BAC's Australian Design Award winning Tool Drawers. The workbench is flanked by taller cabinets with space to store regular spares, consumables and diagnostic equipment. Even the oil reels are stored within the cabinets, keeping the workshop looking clutter-free. With the ability to store lubricants and common parts in the workstation right next to their tools, this means mechanics do not continuously have to work back and forth collecting what they need for each job, saving on time.nd exceptional service, and Service Manager Mark Csillag set out to reassure customers that this culture was being maintained.
