BAC Drawer Dividers - Securing Your Inventory with Finesse

BAC Systems is an Australian manufacturer of a refined, yet famously durable drawer storage system. BAC Drawer are best used when Drawer Partitions and Dividers are holding your stock of parts or tools in their correct locations. This concept is simple, but there are many fine details which the engineers at BAC Systems have incorporated into their market-leading BAC Dividers.
The first and main point where BAC has taken great pains is to ensure that the BAC Dividers are reliably adjustable. This means that you can set up your drawers in one particular fashion, knowing that you can easily adjust your Dividers in 25mm increments at any time with no loss of function or strength. Having a reliable system of adjustment is a must when you expect your cabinets to last for 4 decades or more.

BAC Partitions are made of steel and run the full width, or length, of the drawer uninterrupted. BAC Systems is unique in the fact that it uses a double-thick sheet of steel, folded over on itself, to create is partition. This gives is great strength and ensures a smooth top edge to prevent injury. A series of small hooks are fitted to the base of the partition, connecting it to the drawer base. This hooks, with locking nuts, ensure that the partition becomes part of the drawer structure and prevents large gaps beneath the partition, stopping smaller parts from passing underneath.
BAC Drawer Dividers are available in tough ABS plastic. Highly impact resistant, BAC chose to change its dividers to ABS so that the dividers don't snap or bend, and this change has proven the difference.
BAC Dividers have been moulded with a large 12mm labelling flange, large enough for barcodes and for small QR code labels.

BAC Dividers are moulded with small lugs on each side. These lugs allow the divider to lock into its position between the BAC Partitions. When locked into position, the divider will not bounce or creep upwards, and this prevents small parts from working their way underneath the divider. Not only does this stop parts getting mixed up, but it also prevents your drawer from jamming shut due to raised dividers, thus solving two problems found in generic drawer systems.
All of these careful design features in the BAC Drawer Paritioning system are amongst the many reasons why you can trust a BAC Drawer Storage Cabinet to be the most reliable solution for your small-to-medium spare parts storage requirements.
